Presumably you are here either because you are using a free Linkedin account and do not want to pay to upgrade or that you are using a premium account, but don't have enough Inmails to fulfill all the messages you want to send. Many might think that Linkedin is limited in the ways you can personalise your profile. While editing colours and making it look "pretty" might be limited, that in no way means you cannot personalise your profile with images, videos, slideshows and documents. Here is our infographic quick guide to the perfect Linkedin profile for recruitment.
We launched the Manchester group on 4th November at Rain Bar in the city centre, which was attended by recruiters from Co-op, Siemens and High Street shop Bonmarche as well as a host of other in-house recruiters and HR professionals from a variety of organisations. The event was due to start with refreshments and food from 6.15pm but people hungry (for knowledge) and thirsty (for free drinks), started arriving shortly before 6pm. It’s been another fab two days at the CIPD Annual Conference & Exhibition. We love meeting our clients and talking to the lovely HR people and recruiters about reducing their costs, admin and time to hire.
Our stand had to change slightly due to a different size stand but we liked it being so open. It goes well with our new branding and website. Also new were the colourful t-shirts that the team wore. Usually they get suited and booted, but this time we thought reflecting our new branding and the true fun nature of EasyWeb Recruitment would be an opportunity not to miss.
Preparations are finally complete for exhibiting at the CIPD Conference & Exhibition this week. After the comments we received about our new look and stand at the HR Software Show this year it was important that we continued the trend and we are sure that we won’t fail to impress!

Choosing the right technology to support your recruitment process is a huge decision. As EasyWeb enters its tenth year we have just implemented our third (and final!) Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to deliver our service. The previous one offered an improvement on the first, but still wasn’t as “in tune” with our service as we’d have liked.
